Thank you for considering Our Lady of Good Success Academy (OLGS Academy) for your family!

 

We are delighted that you are interested in becoming part of our school community. Our online admissions process is designed to make applying as simple and convenient as possible. You can complete your application at your own pace, save your progress, and return whenever you are ready.

1. Create a Family Portal Account

Click the “Create an Account” tab at the bottom of this page to begin. You will be guided through creating your login credentials and verifying your email address using a confirmation message sent to your inbox.

2. Start Your Application

Once your Family Portal is created and verified, log in to begin your application. You may log in and out as needed without losing your progress, as your information will automatically save. A green check mark will appear beside each section once all required fields have been completed.

3. Review and Submit​

To help us better understand and support your child’s individual needs, please provide information about any learning, emotional, or behavioral challenges or support needs in the appropriate section of the application.

 

Before submitting your application, please review all information carefully to ensure that every required section is complete and select "Review & Submit."

Once your child(ren)’s application has been accepted, you will receive an email confirming their acceptance. You may then log back into the Family Portal to complete the enrollment packet for your child(ren).

​

As outlined in our school handbook, the following documentation and requirements must be completed or submitted for all new students:

​

• Immunization Records: An updated and completed immunization record or a signed exemption form, as applicable.

• Student Records: All academic records, standardized test results, and behavioral records for students entering grades 2–12.

• Custody and Legal Documents: Current and up-to-date custody or legal documentation must be provided if the student does not reside with their natural parents.

• Meeting with the Principal: A meeting with the appropriate school principal is required as part of the enrollment process.
